What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess ABA services for members to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Analyze clinical service requests against evidence-based guidelines
- Identify appropriate benefits and expected length of stay for treatments
- Collaborate with Utilization and Case Management departments to provide ABA/BHT services
- Approve prior authorization requests for BHT treatment based on medical necessity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working as a Behavior Analyst
- Licensed or Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Utilization Management experience
- Health Plan/MCO work experience
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Active, Unrestricted, State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
