      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct family interviews to assess and understand care needs, schedules, and job requirements
      - Provide education and guidance related to the caregiving industry and best practices
      - Compose and publish job posts on the employer's platform to attract qualified candidates
      - Screen and vet care provider candidates through applications and interviews
      - Collaborate with Care Specialist teams to deliver a comprehensive range of service offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - 2-4+ years of client service experience, preferably in a human services or child care field
      - High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills
      - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the caregiving or child care industry
      - Familiarity with online platforms for job postings and candidate screening
      - Strong writing skills for creating engaging job posts
      - Previous experience in a role requiring high levels of customer service
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
