What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service by answering inbound calls and assisting members via email, web, and chat
- Conduct needs assessments to understand member requirements and provide appropriate education and guidance
- Verify member eligibility for services and document requests in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the Research Team to connect members with relevant resources
- Maintain adherence to performance metrics to ensure high levels of member satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 2-4+ years of client service experience, preferably in a human services field
- High emotional intelligence and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional or internship experience in social work, public health, education, or related fields
