What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for caregivers in the SFC program
- Create and modify schedules using the employer's scheduling application
- Serve as the initial point of contact for caregiver inquiries related to app issues
- Facilitate processing of daily notes and escalate identified issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
- Ability to maintain poise and patience when dealing with clients and caregivers
- Proficient in technology applications (web, telephony, mobile)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and metrics-driven mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
- High level of technology aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Previous experience in healthcare or startup environments
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
