What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound service center calls related to HR inquiries and patient care requests
- Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans on time-sensitive inquiries and escalations
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards as indicated by call reviews and after-call surveys
- Conduct status reviews and ensure compliance in service delivery of caregivers
- Address questions or complaints, providing accurate and efficient resolutions while meeting internal service level agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to commute into the Las Vegas, NV office 3 times a week
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume inbound call center or contact center environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening
- Computer proficiency with strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare call center or contact center environment
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
- Experience in HR service centers
- Familiarity with CRMs or workforce technology such as Salesforce, Medflyt, and Verint
- Experience in a healthcare or startup environment
