      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage high-volume inbound service center calls related to Human Resources inquiries and patient care requests
      - Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring adherence to service level agreements
      - Conduct wellness reviews and input accurate data for sensitive information
      - Address and resolve questions or complaints efficiently, escalating issues as necessary
      - Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans for time-sensitive inquiries and escalations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer service environment
      - Proficiency in using CRMs or workforce technology, such as Salesforce
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to actively listen and adapt to different personalities
      - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Must have reliable transportation to commute into the office three times a week

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Three years of relevant experience in a healthcare call center or contact center environment
      - Bilingual in Spanish, Creole, or other languages
      - Experience in an HR service center is a plus
      - Prior experience in a healthcare startup environment
