What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage high-volume inbound service center calls related to inquiries such as payroll, timekeeping, and patient care requests
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all callers feel heard and cared for
- Conduct wellness reviews over the phone to ensure compliance and service delivery
- Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans for time-sensitive inquiries
- Input and maintain accurate data entry of sensitive information within CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer service environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and active listening
- Proficiency in computer skills, including typing and using technology for customer issue resolution
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail in reviewing records and meeting performance metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare call center or contact center environment
- Bilingual in Spanish, Creole, or other languages
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Medflyt, and Verint
- Previous experience in HR service centers
- Familiarity with healthcare startup environments
