  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide exceptional customer service by handling communication via phone calls, text messages, and emails regarding billing, delivery, and general inquiries
  - Collaborate with veterinarians and pharmacy staff to ensure timely prescription fulfillment
  - Follow company workflows to maintain smooth daily operations and assist in scheduling deliveries
  - Create and process orders accurately with attention to detail, including writing personalized messages for pets
  - Work closely with team members to meet daily operational needs
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma (or equivalent) with relevant experience
  - 2-3 years of experience in a customer-centric role, such as a Customer Service Representative
  - Willingness to work in-person at the employer's LA Lab as needed
  - Experience in veterinary care or the medical field, or a strong interest in the field
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Ability to learn basic medication and administration information
  - Experience with customer service in a veterinary or medical setting
  - Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
