- Scheduled shifts Monday–Friday, anytime between 7am–7pm schedule (no weekends)

- Provide top-quality personal care and support to clients throughout Montgomery County
- Be the first face clients see when starting services, ensuring a strong start of care
- Train, mentor, and support fellow caregivers
- Drive to and from client homes and facilities as needed
- Identify changes in client condition and collaborate with the office team to update care plans
- Maintain accurate notes and reports through AxisCare
- Be available one week per month for on-call (after probationary period)
- 4 years experience as a Home Health Aide / Caregiver
- Strong communication, adaptability, and time management
- Willingness to work throughout our service area
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Negative TB test
