What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide individualized support to candidates in career transition, including resume development and job search strategies
- Assist candidates in assessing skills, defining career goals, and identifying career options
- Utilize technology tools and resources to engage and motivate candidates in their job search
- Offer coaching for interviews and salary negotiations to enhance candidates' confidence
- Manage time and priorities related to program deliverables and candidate activity reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Career Consulting or related fields
- Business/industry experience in sectors such as IT, financial services, healthcare, or marketing
- Strong job market expertise to assist individuals in finding suitable career fits
- Proficiency with technology tools including Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite
- College degree preferred
