Job Description

- Establish and maintain the team’s marketing budget and guide the allocation of resources across different channels, events, initiatives, etc.
- Evaluate and optimize the performance of the marketing executives using various established and new metrics and feedback mechanisms
- Mentor, coach, and develop the Career marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and outcome-driven performance
- Guide the marketing team to identify new opportunities and trends in the market and changes to customer segments to adapt marketing activities/tactics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as Sales Directors, segment product & marketing teams, providers, community organizations, etc. to ensure effective communication and coordination with marketing executives
- Ensure that CMEs monitor & measure the performance and impact of marketing campaigns and initiatives using various metrics and tools, such as response rates, lead generation, conversion rates, retention rates, ROI, etc.
- Report and communicate marketing results and insights to senior management and other relevant parties, and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization
- Identify and promote best practices within, and between, marketing teams and ensure that they’re promptly scaled and adopted across all markets
- Must be willing to travel 70% of the time
- Extensive experience in marketing, preferably in the health care and/or insurance industry
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of marketing professionals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages as required
- Outstanding analytical skills, and the ability to use data and insights to drive marketing decision-making and actions
- Creative and innovative mindset, and the ability to guide the development and execution of impactful and effective marketing campaigns and events
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in various marketing tools and platforms
- Knowledge of the Medicare Advantage market, products, regulations, and compliance standards

The Manager, Career Marketing plans and organizes marketing and sales programs. Sets the vision and direction for the marketing teams, ensuring The Manager, Career Marketing is an experienced marketing professional, reporting directly to the Career Channel AVP, and managing a team of Career Marketing Executives and their activities. Their duties include setting the vision and direction for the marketing teams, ensuring alignment with the Career channel’s goals and objectives, and motivating, guiding, and supporting the marketing executives. CME leaders will work closely with the Sales Performance team to ensure that marketing activities directly contribute to lead-generation and enrollment objectives.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
