      Overview:

      The Caregiver Marketing and Engagement Director will be responsible for developing and implementing caregiver recruitment marketing plans, in addition to caregiver brand experience development plans. This role will serve as the main point of contact and will collaborate closely with ministry leadership to ensure seamless coordination, prioritization of work efforts, and accurate reporting. This roles’ focus will be on building Mercy brand experience through caregiver recruitment, on-boarding and development, which will strengthen Mercy’s reputation and brand presence across the region. The Director will be responsible for overseeing client relationships with Mercy’s HR, Recruitment and Talent Development teams.

      • Collaborates with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and leads the annual development of fully integrated marketing, communication, and strategic brand planning.
      • Develops branding and marketing goals and objectives related to caregivers and utilizes both marketing and HR data to inform the work.
      • Drives caregiver acquisition and retention across the ministry, including orientation and integration efforts for caregivers with a focus on mission fit and consistency in strategic messaging.
      • Responsible for understanding the consumer and caregiver insights that drive employment decisions and drivers of retention, as well as forecasting future trends.
      • Responsible for relationship management with Mission and other teams to ensure ministry priorities are included in the annual marketing plans and escalating awareness of activities/spend outside of the marketing plan.
      • Leads and supports change management efforts to achieve goals.
      • Lead the regular review of recruitment marketing campaigns, plans and events, reporting on the efficacy and ROI of all marketing and communications efforts.
      • Ensure all stakeholders, both internal and external, are continuously updated, aligned, and have opportunity for input to ministry priorities, ensuring coordination and support of overall marketing plan direction.


      Qualifications:

      • Experience: Six (6) years of progressive experience in marketing and communications or other leadership experience.
      • Preferred Experience: Three (3) years of experience in building, supervising and/or mentoring a team preferred. Health care or HR experience preferred.
      • Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, branding, public relations,communications or similar area of study.
