Job Description
- Req#: CARET002196
- Responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management. May include some building maintenance.
- Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
- Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism.
- Light cleaning duties may be required in absence of caretaker/cleaning company.
- Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and community policies.
- Responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
- Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
- Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
- Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation: Monthly Rent Credit $695.00
Schedule: Hours per Month 52.26
Must be able to live on-site.
