What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure proper enrollment of youth in internal intake system
- Assist with documentation and filing for case workers and managers
- Create client intake case files with necessary documents
- Compile electronic and physical files for ORR or State Licensing representatives
- Assist with creating resource packets for case management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma; BA or BS Degree
- 4 years' experience in a professional setting preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required
- Stellar written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient use of technology and software applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a similar role within a social services nonprofit
- Strong understanding of social media and web chat platforms
