What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in document review and organization using various e-discovery platforms
- Prepare binders for trial, mediation, and motions
- Maintain case files, including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
- Review and obtain court dockets from various legal databases
- Provide support for administrative projects as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of administrative and litigation experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with document management systems (iManage)
- Strong written and communication skills
- Well-developed organization and time management skills
