What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply cash to customer accounts and perform detailed research on cash application problems
- Reconcile misapplied accounts and contact customers for remittance
- Proactively communicate potential cash application issues
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies with internal and external customers
- Process cash, credit, and debit memos and resolve account differences with customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to recognize and research billing problems and identify causes and cost impact
- Capable of being entrusted with confidential information
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Basic understanding of accounting processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in Cash Application or an Associates degree in a Business or Finance related field
