Job Description
- Req#: 6992194
- Review, process, and apply all daily cash receipts including ACH, lockbox, credit card and wire payments
- Balance cash posted against GL accounts
- Research and post all unidentified payments
- Meet month-end reporting deadlines as requested
- Process A/R adjustments, write-offs, and refunds
- Create manual credit and debit memos as requested
- Prepare exception and consolidated sales invoices
- Identify and recommend process improvements to facilitate efficient and effective cash applications
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as requested
- Research and special projects as assigned
- 5+ years of B2B Accounts Receivable/Cash Application experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- SAP business software experience a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Good organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of PCI
- Proficient math skills
- Experience working in a team environment
- Excellent communications skills
- High school diploma or the equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.

We’re looking for an extremely detailed and pro-active Cash Application Specialist who will be responsible for the daily processing and posting of all cash and A/R transactions to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy of accounts receivable balances. This position ensures that all A/R and cash application functions are in compliance with all cash related procedures and policies set by the finance department. You would be joining our cash application team located in Scottsdale, AZ, headquarters.
You will be a member of a cohesive team environment handling a variety of accounts receivable responsibilities. Must have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and be able to work with other departments, such as IT and Customer Service in a professional manner.
