What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare reconciliations for cash depository accounts
- Analyze and research variances, resolve issues, and summarize results for reconciling items
- Work with field locations to resolve cash discrepancies
- Ensure financial reporting deadlines are met
- Maintain critical accounting and finance documentation for audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required
- 5+ years of accounting/reconciliation work experience
- Experience working with large data sets
- Strong background in general ledger, financial, and GAAP accounting practices
- Excellent written and oral communication and research skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel
- Personable, Organized, & Attention to Detail are all traits that are a must
- Must be a self-starter
