Be an advocate for and educate Front End Associates the company's mission and familiarize yourself with our products, promotions, and membership program. Educate customers on the benefits of our membership program, non-profit donation drives, or other rotating promotions. Meet the monthly minimum membership sign up requirement by actively engaging with customers and encouraging them to sign up for a membership, using the tools and techniques provided for you. Encourage Front End Associates to meet their monthly goals, and hold them accountable. Works safely at all times and follows all established safety guidelines and procedures. Ensures all customers receive outstanding service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, inquiring if any assistance is needed, listening to the needs of customers, and maintaining excellent product knowledge.
