      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Skill in de-escalating complex customer interactions in a fast-paced environment

      - Experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry
      - Familiarity with online financial services and consumer lending
      - Demonstrated ability to exceed performance goals in a metric-driven setting
      - Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
