Job Description
- Req#: 68132
- Retrieve and copy various documents, from boxes, upon request from guests/co-workers etc.
- Sort daily envelopes by tender type, put envelopes in boxes and properly label the boxes
- Sort daily audit paperwork/mail and deliver to respective departments
- Move empty and or full boxes when needed
- Move bins containing daily paperwork when needed
- Scan various Gaming and Non-gaming documents
- Input data into excel spreadsheets
- File daily audit paperwork into appropriate boxes
- Properly label the boxes
- Attribute testing for various Gaming and Non-Gaming documents
- Data input in CMS to generate W2G (read/write access)
- Mail in ticket/voucher redemption in SDS and CBS (read/write access)
- Access ERM, CMS, SDS, Micros and other misc. for report procurement
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be flexible to work weekends
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and web-based software
- Proficient with Accounting software packages including but not limited to both Accounts Payable and Purchasing
- $17.50 Per Hour
- Bi-Weekly Pay Dates
