      The Assistant Casino Manager is responsible for but not limited to managing the day-to-day Casino operations while resolving any guest issues. Communicating with all levels of management while providing exceptional guest service that will promote guest satisfaction and repeat business. Ensure that all Team Members are in compliance with company standards and gaming regulations

      Job Focus:
      Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

      • Provides leadership and guidance in the daily operation of the Casino floor
      • Performs numerous daily tasks and routines in order to ensure guest and Team Member satisfaction
      • Have an open door policy to all Team Members to help resolve any disputes and/or issues
      • Always exhibit a positive and professional attitude with guests and Team Members
      • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business
      • Ensure compliance with federal and state gaming regulations
      • Maintain a visual presence on casino floor while interacting with guests and Team Members
      • Manage table coverage, minimums and maximums to ensure operational profitability
      • Positive leadership that will promote staff development and advancement

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Proficient knowledge of all Table Games operations
      • High school diploma or its equivalent and at least 7 years of experience in the field
      • Must have at least 2 years management experience in a gaming operation
      • Available to work any shift, weekends and holidays
      • Computer proficient
      • Able to work under pressure; exhibiting strong leadership and problem solving skills
      • Professional appearance and effective verbal communication skills
      • Knowledgeable with a variety of Casino concepts, practices, and procedures
      • Ability to complete reports to all levels of management as requested
      • A valid Nevada Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness Card are required and must be obtained before entering this position
      • Must be 21 years of age or older
