What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate origin and cause of claims by contacting relevant parties
- Handle 1st party claims under multiple policy types
- Conduct virtual and on-site inspections, evaluate damages, and negotiate claims
- Interpret policies, leases, and contracts for assigned losses
- Provide status updates and answer inquiries from customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience providing customer-driven solutions or service
- Experience handling 1st and 3rd party, multi-line claims
- Solid understanding of policies and endorsements related to casualty coverages
- Knowledge of the claim handling process
- Employment contingent on background checks and signing non-disclosure agreement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an adjuster or in a related field
