Determine deviations vs. statistical demand plan as well as Sales plans, gain alignment & document key assumptions. Drive the commercial process for their category

      • Review Demand Plan - Validate demand plans, and leverage customer and sales intelligence data in fine-tuning the demand plan. Utilize customer instock, sell thru and tracking signal reports to identify early warning indicators for potential upside-downside demand risks and proactively take steps to mitigate those risks.

      • Measure & Track Performance - Measure, report and drive the forecast accuracy and bias improvement in the consensus demand plan and monthly item-location level forecast for the subcategory.

      • Communicate & Manage Demand – Monitor orders and shipments on a regular basis. Identify/Communicate significant changes to supply network planner, SD&S Manager and CPFRs. Facilitate Fast Track process.

      • Support Synchronization of Supply and Demand Plan - Support the alignment of final demand plan to supply plan. Communicate demand risks/opportunities due to supply chain constraints and work on possible solutions. Set and monitor allocation in the case of supply risk to achieve the demand plan.

      • Support New Product Planning & Life Cycle Planning -Work cross functionally to finalize pipeline volume & first 6 months of demand for new products. Track/measure actual shipments vs. documented key assumptions. Collaborate with a cross functional team (retail marketing, SNP, commercialization team) to manage & communicate SKU performance, rationalization proposals and life cycle changes.
