- Managing a team of 3 Category Management professionals, 1 Trade Marketing professional and 1 intern
- Defining the retail channel & customer strategy aligned with the marketing strategy and the shopper needs
- Analyzing market data to understand risks and opportunities for each account
- Creating sell-in support material to engage Kraft Heinz sales teams and its customers for the category initiatives
- Acting as consultants on key category projects such as range reviews and strategic planning
- Creating an annual trade marketing strategy and driving all related shopper activations across all categories and customers
- University degree in Management or Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in Category Management, Trade or Shopper Marketing within the FMCG sector.
- Meaningful experience in leading, mentoring and developing multiple team members
- Very good software skills (Gfk SimIT, Circana)
- Fluent in German and English – mandatory

About the position
We have a phenomenal opportunity available for a Category Management & Trade Marketing Lead to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in Düsseldorf - Germany. You’ll be working in a hard-working team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Among other things this role is responsible for the alignment of our category marketing strategy with retailer strategies, the conversion of brand & innovation initiatives into strong sell-in stories, acting as one of the key contacts to our retail sales teams.
