      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the CSP Team in aligning brand objectives with sales priorities through the AMPS framework
      - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify needs and serve as a liaison for strategic retail initiatives
      - Assist in developing selling materials and tracking new item innovation and performance
      - Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights
      - Prepare presentations and reports for Sales leadership on project progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in CPG, including roles in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Category Management
      - Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with syndicated data tools such as Nielsen, IRI, and/or SPINS
      - Background in the dairy and/or beverage industry
      - Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
      - Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
