      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and process vehicle inventories into corresponding dealer locations
      - Submit payments and complete daily billings
      - Conduct weekly schedule reviews and end-of-month activities, including account reconciliations
      - Review titles paperwork and supporting documents for completeness
      - Provide administrative support to management, other locations, vendors, and staff as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of dealership accounting preferred; CDK experience a plus
      - Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
      - Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
      - Proficient in computer literacy with accurate and heavy data entry skills
      - High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of DMV requirements a plus
