Operating from its headquarters in Auckland the company provides a full range of personalised and e-commerce solutions to all its customers nationwide including many of New Zealand’s premier exporters and importers and leading brands.

      About the Role:

      We are excited to get on board a CCGANZ Graduate to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand ASAP to:

      • To undertake the CCGANZ Graduate program, with the exclusion of any teams previously worked within
      • To gain a working knowledge of the Customer Care function for six months and then the various departments within CCGANZ through various rotations
      • Provide analytical and administrative support to the various departments with the incorporation of knowledge gained from other areas within the business
      • To assist with special projects

      This role reports to the Agency General Manager New Zealand and would provide exposure to different functions including Customer Service, Sales, Container Operations & Logistics, intermodal, Value Added Services and Business Process Management.

      The ideal candidate will possess the below skills and experience along with unlimited rights to work in New Zealand:

      • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business discipline
      • Strong computer skills and operational knowledge
      • An understanding of both ‘macro’ and ‘micro’ business fundamentals
      • Demonstrated experience in contributing to assigned projects
      • Proven experience in improving efficiency
      • Resourceful and flexible with strong capabilities to prioritise, optimise and perform in a high-paced environment
      • Customer oriented approach
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Demonstrate ability to solve problems and offer innovative solutions

      For the right candidate, this 12-month position can pave the way to a longer term career exploring a range of international opportunities within Supply Chain and Logistics. The program starts immediately for all graduated students in 2024.
