Job Description

- To undertake the CCGANZ Graduate program, with the exclusion of any teams previously worked within
- To gain a working knowledge of the Customer Care function for six months and then the various departments within CCGANZ through various rotations
- Provide analytical and administrative support to the various departments with the incorporation of knowledge gained from other areas within the business
- To assist with special projects
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business discipline
- Strong computer skills and operational knowledge
- An understanding of both ‘macro’ and ‘micro’ business fundamentals
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to assigned projects
- Proven experience in improving efficiency
- Resourceful and flexible with strong capabilities to prioritise, optimise and perform in a high-paced environment
- Customer oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to solve problems and offer innovative solutions

This role reports to the Agency General Manager New Zealand and would provide exposure to different functions including Customer Service, Sales, Container Operations & Logistics, intermodal, Value Added Services and Business Process Management.

For the right candidate, this 12-month position can pave the way to a longer term career exploring a range of international opportunities within Supply Chain and Logistics. The program starts immediately for all graduated students in 2024.
