      Job Description:

      This role would fall within the Global Markets Risk (GMR) Data Management team. The focus area is Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Data. The CCR data management team works closely with teams across GMR and partners in GRM DSME team, Global Markets Data Management, lines of business and Enterprise functions. The team is responsible for CCR data management strategy and governance activities. Members of the CCR Data team are engaged in establishing CCR Data Quality and Control Framework (CCR DQCF), managing adherence to Enterprise Data Policy and Standards, managing CCR Data Issues through DART and Jira workflows, supporting audit and regulatory requests, preparing data reporting and analysis packages and, presenting CCR Data Management updates and KPIs at various senior management forums and committees

      Responsibilities:

      • Works with senior management and other team members to implement enhancements to reporting and analysis packages for senior management forums and committees plus the implementation of improved reporting and data mining tools and metrics.

      • Ensures that the team produces regulatory and economic risk capital reports and data inputs respectively.

      • Produces regularly scheduled reports including stress and back testing and responds to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.

      • May manage a small team of analysts or own key reports and or processes.

      • Execute various CCR Data Controls and Overrides management activates.

      • Monitor and Report controls metrics for CCR DQCF in POP and ORCIT platforms.

      • Prepare and track go to green remediation plans for control breaches.

      • Prepare and present CCR Data Management updates at management forums, committees and regulatory routines

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Data or Computer Science and Technology

      • 5-7 years of experience in a financial services role (Business control, Risk Management, Front/Middle/Back Office, Data Management, technology or project management)

      • Deep knowledge of financial markets, traded products and Risk Management functions

      • Understands Counterparty Credit Risk and related regulatory requirements

      • Self-starter, solution driven, confident and highly motivated with strong analytical/problem solving skills

      • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with peers and multiple levels of management

      • Intellectually curious with attention to detail, critical thinking mindset with a 'can do' attitude and desire to grow, learn, and take on increasing levels of responsibility

      • Strong project management skills with an ability to multitask and manage deliverables

      • Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills

      • Ability to work with large datasets using advanced Excel or SQL.

      • Data and Business Analysis skills

      • Jira Dashboards and workflow management skills to support capture and tracking of data issues

      • Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint

      • Experience building Tableau Dashboards and executive level presentations

      Pay range

      $100,000.00 - $146,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
