What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Dismantle and reinstall computer equipment as assigned by IT staff
- Confirm the operational status of computer systems and equipment
- Collect endpoint and inventory information for IT purposes
- Assist with additional duties as required during shifts
- Coordinate scheduling with the Customer Service Coordinator
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of computer systems and technology
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work between 10 to 29 hours per week

- Previous experience in IT support or related fields
