- Coach, mentor, and sponsor all participants within the program.
- Partner with managers to identify roles as they become available so participants can be placed into permanent roles quickly following program completion.
- Lead the program strategy, with oversight from the Chief Commercial Officer, including, but not limited to recruiting, onboarding and continuous development for all participants, and implement all alumni activities to ensure those who graduate the program are still thriving and are networking with new participants.
- Cultivate strong and collaborative relationships with business leaders, and across HR to identify and understand opportunities, key concerns, and create solutions to promote and drive a strong culture of trust and commitment and that inspires consensus and leads to efficient change and optimal results.
- Collaborate with managers and the broader organization to quickly understand the skill needs of the organization to ensure the program is focused on building that foundation.
- Create and maintain key relationships within the rotational business areas to ensure content and responsibilities are robust and focused.
- Collect, analyze and address feedback from participants and their managers regularly to propose new solutions and ensure the program is meeting objectives and expectations. Develop and maintain suitable dashboards to report data to stakeholders.
- You have a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of human resources, learning & development, or a business-focused role managing new talent.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a program manager role focused on the training, coaching, and development of new talent.
- You have knowledge of early talent programs and how they are executed from a business and HR perspective.
- You have strong analytical and consultative skills and can identify the skill needs of the organization and make programmatic changes to meet those needs.
- You have proven success in developing a strategy and executing all activities on time, within budget, and with little to no direction.
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
- You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
- You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.

The Headlines :
In the role of Rotational Program Manager working in Chicago, Illinois, you will be part of the Americas HR Business Partner Team. You will be the point person for the Commercial Development Xploration (CDX) Program, a two-year rotational program focused on developing the next generation of talent within the US commercial business. You will be responsible for the program strategy, execution and optimization, stakeholder management, coaching, and sponsorship of those in the program.
This position reports to Director, HR Business Partner – US Sales and works closely with employees, managers and leaders across the US commercial business.
