Department of Policy, Organizational and Leadership Studies Tenure Track Open Rank Faculty Position Adult Learning, Training & Organizational Development Position. The Department of Policy, Organizational, and Leadership Studies within the College of Education and Human Development at Temple University invites applications to fill an open rank, tenured/tenure-track faculty position in the Adult Learning, Training and Organizational Development (AOD) program beginning in the Fall 2024. The compelling candidate shall have a productive research agenda with an established record of publications and grants or potential for attracting external funding for research commensurate with their career level. In addition to maintaining an active, externally funded program of research, the responsibilities of the position include teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses, advising master’s and doctoral students, and participating in department, college, and professional service activities. Qualifications. Required qualifications include an earned doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology, organizational behavior, human resource development, human resource management, or related field; evidence of, and/or potential for developing, an externally funded program of research; and experience in teaching university-level courses in one or more of the following areas: adult learning and training, organizational development, interpersonal skills, human relations, research methods and statistics.
