You represent the CGT organization in Affiliate Deployment within the ASPIRE Program.
You ensure adherence to the ASPIRE framework and manage/report project risks, creating contingency plans.
You ensure stakeholder engagement to deliver the CGT scope and coordinate knowledge transfer to the deployment partner.
You plan, define, and execute E2E fit-to-template sessions with key CGT stakeholders.
You collaborate with the product development team and CGTs BPEs/SMEs to address template gaps and local regulatory needs.
You educate and create awareness of the CGT business model with the deployment team and local affiliate SMEs.
You develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the PTC ERP Team, support the PTC ERP roadmap, and manage stakeholders, providing updates and escalating risks as needed. You work cross-functionally to ensure country-specific enhancements are delivered for the CGT product launch.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.
You have 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA, including eWM, and expertise in MM, SD, FI, PP, or QA.
You possess expertise in integrating with enterprise business systems (SAP CGTO, ATTP, MES) and data integrity concepts.
You have strong analytical skills for effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
You have excellent collaboration system skills and G Suite experience, with proficiency in Monday, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
You have 3+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA deployment projects as a project manager or functional lead.
You have 1+ year of experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, SAFe, or LeSS, and are familiar with Agile tools such as Jira and Trello.

The Opportunity:
The Cell and Gene Therapy Global SAP ERP Deployment Coordinator within Pharma Technical Cell and Gene Therapy Value Chain (PTCS) collaborates with the PTC ERP matrix team to design, implement, and improve the Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Template in S/4, while maintaining legacy systems. This role partners with ASPIRE (Roche ERP harmonization program) Pharma Affiliate deployment teams to coordinate CGT Template deployment across affiliates and supports ERP system and process enhancements for the CGT product portfolio within the innovative PTC E2E Value Chain Team.
