      Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based at Durbanville Hills Cellar. The successful applicant will report to the Cellar Controller.

      Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
      • Transfer of wines
      • Receiving and dispatch of product
      • Active participation in E2 activities/duties
      • Drawing of samples
      • Wine adjustments
      • Blending activities
      • Participating in all harvest activities
      • Stocktaking
      • Housekeeping
      • Other ad-hoc duties

      The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
      • Minimum Grade 12
      • Relevant working experience within a cellar environment
      • A forklift license will be an advantage
      • Be able to work on heights and confined spaces
      • Be able to work under pressure
      • Be able to work shifts
      • Must have reliable transport to and from work
      • Be able to work overtime and weekends
