      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the successful procurement of insurance authorizations for procedures and post-operative care
      - Validate obtained authorizations and provide continuous education to the team
      - Identify areas for performance improvement in workflow and patient satisfaction
      - Act as a centralized resource for authorization procurement across all sites of practice
      - Distribute feedback from coding, billing, and denial management to promote continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years of related experience and/or training required
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a medical clinic or hospital setting
      - Two years of experience in healthcare insurance verification and/or billing required
      - Knowledge of clinical terminology and coding
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional coursework in business, computers, or healthcare administration
      - Experience in a medical or surgical specialty clinic
      - Current knowledge of hospital operations and managed care reimbursement
      - General understanding of revenue cycle management
      - Strong analytical and data management skills
