      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead market and account research to identify hotel opportunities and apply strategic business development techniques
      - Plan and execute the Transient RFP process for a portfolio of hotels
      - Engage business travelers using World of Hyatt tools to foster brand loyalty
      - Coordinate and lead a team of Transient Sales Specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery
      - Coach and develop team members for high performance while influencing leadership at various levels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated success and expertise in the Transient business segment and hotel/business travel industry
      - Proficiency in Hyatt systems, Agency360, Demand360, and general computer applications
      - Exceptional negotiation capabilities and professional selling skills
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to train others and manage tasks such as sending referrals, setting traces, and profiling accounts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales management or team leadership within the hospitality industry
      - Familiarity with market analysis and strategic planning in sales
      - Previous experience in engaging business travelers and fostering loyalty programs
      - Knowledge of hotel operations and sales processes
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
