What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer telephones, take orders, and operate office equipment
- Handle customer inquiries by phone and email
- Fulfill customer requests and escalate issues as necessary
- Maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) database
- Produce call reports and assist with filing and organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of related call center, customer service, or dispatching experience
- Availability to work different shifts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM accurately
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in French (written and spoken)
- JD Edwards experience is an asset
