What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Review accuracy of entered orders and verify and activate them in the system
- Ensure patient safety by minimizing potential errors
- Assist regional nurses with MDS audits and completions as needed
- Utilize nursing process for problem-solving and medication safety

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current nursing license
- Professional experience in nursing, including pharmaceutical and supervisor skills
- Computer skills, including order entry
- Attention to detail and patient safety
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to achieve CMAC certification for MDS coordinator functions
