      Centralized Sales Operations Coordinator

The Centralized Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the allocation of leads to consultants within a designated geographic territory. This role will own all inputs related to allocation (schedules, coverage areas, routing constraints, and adherence), and drive improved profitability and performance by optimizing our Sales workforce.

      Responsibilities:
      • Allocate leads to Sales Consultants daily.
      • Identify coverage gaps and make recommendations to improve workforce utilization to optimize consultant resources.
      • Takes ownership of auto allocation KPIs to drive financial and operational improvements and develops individual improvement strategies for markets that have poor auto allocation performance.
      • Act as primary point of contact and liaison for market team members or consultants needing assistance with allocation inquiries.
      • Collaborate with local sales management teams weekly on improving capacity constraints to match demand/supply at a market level.
      • Propose creative solutions to local sales managers to improve availability.
      • Maintain sales consultant schedules in source systems as needed.
      • Update lead thresholds (capacity) as necessary to match current availability.
      • Audit future leads' legitimacy to increase overall sales productivity.
      • Monitor sales consultant schedule adherence and communicate issues to local sales teams and manager.
      • Reschedule leads in CRM if coverage is not possible.
      • Assess capacity opportunities and make independent/discretionary decisions on the most efficient utilization of consultants.
      • Analyze market staffing and partner with Talent team to recommend forecasted hiring needs based on geography.
      • Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned.


      Qualifications:
      • High school diploma required, associate's degree or above preferred.
      • Proficient in MS Outlook.
      • Routing/scheduling optimization experience a plus.
      • MS Excel skills a plus.
      • Tableau reporting experience a plus.
      • Detail oriented and organized.
      • Punctual and reliable (primary activities are time-sensitive).
