      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, screen, and schedule appointments for direct callers and walk-in customers
      - Maintain current schedules for staff providing individual appointments and group programs
      - Manage daily scheduling and notify customers of any unscheduled staff absences
      - Enroll and schedule customers in workshops, classes, and individual appointments
      - Participate in emergency response exercises and fulfill assigned responsibilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED and two years of demonstrated experience in administrative support
      - Excellent computer skills and proficiency with office automation software
      - Experience providing scheduling services and customer service in a medical or social service office
      - Strong ability to multi-task and manage multi-line telephone systems
      - Sensitivity and empathy towards diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the FFSMIS system
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
      - Previous experience in a role supporting military families or personnel
