      Responsibilities:
      • Consult with client to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing and training, as needed
      • Consult with clients on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance
      • Complete client-specific design, configuration and troubleshooting within appropriate tools
      • Complete full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow up actions
      • Develop and execute test plan and test script execution and note changes in end user functionality
      • Identify and escalate issues to solution and engagement leadership
      • Leverage internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution
      • Drive the client through design of clinical and business process, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value
      • Assist in change management, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide accountability for achieving the project's targeted outcomes.
      • Provide expert industry knowledge in complex client environments; contribute in a leadership capacity to advance the solution and its effectiveness; consult with clients and project teams to recognize and document benefits; provide gap analysis and process redesign recommendations, support client and project teams; develop associate domain expertise (clinical, revenue and operational) and consulting skills; consults with client to develop and apply appropriate policies and procedures


      Client Required Qualifications

      Credentials and Qualifications
      • Five (5) years of experience working with PharmNet
      • Ability to work closely with providers and/or staff to re-train at the elbow as identified
      • Build experience within PharmNet module
      • Ability to travel if needed for testing or other events
      • Medication Process and PowerChart (Computerized Provider Order Entry) application knowledge
      • Knowledge of Pharmacy workflows
      • Proficient in: Microsoft Excel, PowerPlan design and build, Order sentence and Order folder design/build (including use of future orders) and Formulary
