What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for new products and integrations to merchants and the product group
- Develop and manage relationships with POS developers and third-party processors
- Prepare and execute customized POS test scripts, ensuring compliance with payment requirements
- Analyze and report defects during the testing phase, assisting in the resolution of issues
- Provide training and create documentation for certified solutions across business units

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree in Business, Administration, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong communication and writing skills for clear reporting and specification
- Knowledge of credit card operations and regulations, including Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Tandem and Base-24 systems
- Proven problem-solving and investigation skills
