      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement assurance models that meet Fair Trade USA Standards
      - Ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance processes
      - Continuously improve certification practices to maintain transparency and credibility
      - Train and support staff on compliance and assurance-related matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in certification, compliance, or related fields
      - Strong understanding of fair trade principles and standards
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a non-profit or mission-driven organization
      - Familiarity with stakeholder engagement strategies
      - Knowledge of auditing processes and standards
      - Experience in training or capacity building within an organization
