What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate classes on anger management, parenting, life skills, and domestic violence
- Collaborate with clients to create personalized action plans for achieving their goals
- Evaluate and monitor clients' progress towards their aspirations
- Encourage sustainable personal development and behavioral change
- Document client progress and collect relevant data for ongoing assessment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certification as an Anger Management Specialist through the employer
- Completion of a 90-day training development program
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to encourage introspection and ambition in clients
- Must be purpose-driven, passionate, and teachable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multilingual skills are a plus, though not required
- Previous experience in counseling or coaching environments
