      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and audit electronic medical record (EMR) content, charts, CPT procedure codes, and ICD diagnosis codes to ensure accuracy and compliance
      - Ensure billing practices adhere to Medicare and coding guidelines for various visit types
      - Verify insurance eligibility and update electronic medical record registration as needed
      - Communicate with providers and staff electronically for documentation clarification and support coding accuracy
      - Provide corrective actions for inaccuracies found during reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of hands-on ICD-10 coding experience in a professional healthcare setting
      - Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
      - Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Coding Specialist-Physician (CCS-P), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or Certified Coding Associate (CCA) credentials required
