      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately interpret and code billable provider services using ICD 10 and CPT coding
      - Assist the Coding Coordinator in educational efforts for billing department staff
      - Research coding questions to ensure compliance with third-party and regulatory guidelines
      - Monitor and correct claim rejections and clearinghouse errors
      - Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Manager to report and resolve coding errors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required
      - Minimum of two years of billing experience required
      - Extensive knowledge of medical terminology required
      - Medical Billing or Auditing certification from AHIMA or AAPC required
      - Excellent computer skills required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting
      - Previous experience in coding education or mentorship roles
      - Familiarity with insurance industry standards
