What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist residents with basic personal care, including bathing and showering
- Escort residents to and from meals and events
- Complete daily charting and documentation
- Report any changes in resident status to the supervisor
- Utilize appropriate equipment to aid in resident mobility as per the care plan

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be active on the Minnesota Nursing Registry
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, and follow directions

- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
