      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients in a home setting under the supervision of an occupational therapist
      - Assess patient needs and develop a COTA plan for services and direct treatment
      - Collaborate as a member of the inter-disciplinary team to optimize patient care
      - Maintain compliance with physicians' treatment plans, considering individual patient needs
      - Build rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy
      - National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
      - Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License upon hire
      - Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as required by the State of Oregon
      - Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home health settings or with diverse patient populations
      - Additional certifications related to occupational therapy or patient care
      - Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
      - Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
