      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients in a home setting under the supervision of an occupational therapist
      - Assess patient needs and develop a COTA plan for services and direct treatment
      - Collaborate as a member of the inter-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
      - Create rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population while exercising independence
      - Deliver care in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment, considering individual patient needs

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy
      - Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
      - Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License
      - Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as required by the State of Oregon
      - Availability and punctuality for scheduled work shifts
