What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform all Certified Payroll Reporting requirements
- Assist with termination process and knowledge of wage and hour laws
- Create standardized external reports for government and regulatory entities
- Conduct system audits to ensure accurate payroll records
- Assist with documentation and implementation of payroll procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three or more years of Certified Payroll Reporting experience
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred
- Extensive knowledge of multi-state and federal wage and hour laws
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy to use business software and enter/retrieve data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Ultimate Software
- Human relations skills to build effective working relationships
